Phil LaCross

Phil LaCross has been successful in the Insurance field for approximately 7years. Although this is not a very long time, he has proven himself to be a great leader in this industry. He started his Insurance career after being laid off of his job as a construction worker.

Phil’s first position in insurance sales was with Torchmark Corporation, the Umbrella Company for American Income Life. He was the number 3 producer in the company his very first month competing against approximately 2000 other agents. He moved up into management very quickly and was promoted to a Regional manager after just 1.5 short years.

Phil personally trained and mentored several top agents and managers, and was considered one of the top managers and producers in the company. He was a member of the S.W.A.T. team an elite group, the Executive council and was the under study of one of the company’s fastest growing SGA’s in History.

Phil decided to leave the company that he was so successful at to pursue a partnership with his longtime friend Karl Schuckert. Phil left behind a $100,000 + annual income, a lot of friends and all of his mentors, plus 3 offices to make this move. He sacrificed a lot to get to where he is today. If you know Phil, that was a huge step for him. However Phil was very confident in the decision that he made.

Since leaving Phil has replaced his old income and worked just 5 months in the field last year. The rest of the time was spent with his family and friends, while putting together a master plan to get 3FG on the map and to create an environment that is in everybody’s best interest. Ikumi Halverson

Field Agent, 3FG

Ikumi Halverson has been successful in the Insurance and Financial field for approximately 4 years. 

Ikumi's very first position in insurance industry was "The captive platinum 400 Insurance Company" and she became the top 5 producer out of 2500 producers in her 2nd month in the industry. The same month she was promoted to SA (Supervising Agent). However she wanted to provide more diversified products to her clients, she resigned from  "The captive platinum 400 Insurance Company" and committed herself to work for Freedom First Financial Group under the Karl Schuckert agency. Because of her great personal and leadership skills, she was recently promoted to Director of Business Development. 

Ikumi's mission statement is "To care for each one of my client as my own family member with integrity and love. To lead others with passion and enthusiasm by showing actions of great examples. "

Ikumi was born and raised in Osaka, Japan, has lived in Ohio, Guam, Okinawa, Las Vegas and now she resides in San Diego, CA. She majored in Business Administration & Computer Science at Mount Union college. She speaks English and Japanese fluently and currently learning how to speak Spanish to provide more benefits to our community.

Ikumi loves surfing, snowboarding, Yoga, hiking and cooking. Recently she completed Leadership Breakthrough Training 1 & 2 through Rapport Leadership International and proud to be a great leader in the company and the community!
