Phil LaCross

Phil LaCross has been successful in the Insurance field for approximately 6 years. Although this is not a very long time, he has proven himself to be a great leader in this industry. He started his Insurance career after being laid off of his job as a construction worker.
His first position in insurance sales was with Torchmark Corporation, the Umbrella Company for American Income Life. He was the number 3 producer in the company his very first month competing against approximately 2000 other agents. He moved up into management very quickly and was promoted to a Regional manager after just 1.5 short years.
Phil personally trained and mentored several top agents and managers, and was considered one of the top managers and producers in the company. He was a member of the S.W.A.T. team an elite group, the Executive council and was the under study of one of the companies fastest growing SGA’s in History. During his journey with AIL Phil was very humble, never taking all of the credit for the success he achieved.
Phil says, “I couldn’t have gotten to where I am today by myself, I owe everything to my mentors and the help of everyone in my agency, and my wife for putting up with me”
Phil decided to leave the company that he was so successful at to pursue a partnership with his longtime friend Karl Schuckert. Phil left behind a $100,000 + annual income, a lot of friends and all of his mentors, plus 3 offices to make this move. He sacrificed a lot to get to where he is today. If you know Phil, that was a huge step for him. However Phil was very confident in the decision that he made.
Phil and Karl have a plan. And it is a great one. Since leaving Phil has replaced his old income and worked just 5 months in the field last year. The rest of the time was spent with his family and friends, while putting together a master plan to get 3FG on the map and to create an environment that is in everybody’s best interest. Not just the CEO’s and the Board of Directors, but for the people that make things happen. “We are not building this company, our company, is building this company”

Phil lives in Reno NV with his wife Kahra of 10 years and his three children; Daughter Makyla (8) son Jaidyn (5) and his youngest son Giovanni (18 months).
